Job summary

Harvest USA in Dresher, PA seeks an Administrative Manager to lead administrative operations, oversee facilities and IT, and manage CRM systems. This role coordinates production for organizational publications and oversees the online store, staff, contractors, and volunteers.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and project management skills, experience in nonprofit administration, and a commitment to Harvest USA’s doctrinal statements and church involvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading administrative operations and teams.
• Experience coordinating publications or large mailings.
• Nonprofit administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative workflow and ensure program goals are met.
• Supervise staff, contractors, and volunteers; provide regular check-ins and evaluations.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy, configure campaigns, and manage imports/exports.
• Coordinate production of Spring Update and Fall Magazine with editors and printers.
• Oversee facilities, equipment, and building security; liaise with building lessor.
• Coordinate IT needs, network maintenance, and software purchasing.
• Manage online store operations on Shopify and Amazon FBM, including listings and order fulfillment.
