The Joint Engineering Program Operations Coordinator provides program, financial, human resources, and administrative support for the UMSL / WashU Joint Engineering Program and related externally supported engineering initiatives. The position helps ensure that program activities, student employment processes, sponsor billing, reporting, and stakeholder communications are completed accurately, timely, and in alignment with program priorities, funding requirements, and university practices. The role serves as a key operational liaison among program leadership, student employees, sponsors, technical teams, Sponsored Programs, and other internal partners while supporting a student-centered and industry-connected engineering environment.
30-hours per week Monday - Friday
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
Min-Midpoint is $19.25/hour - $27.40/hour
