The University of Missouri-St. Louis is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Advanced Workforce Center in St. Louis to plan and deliver non‑credit workforce training programs, including bootcamps, certificates, and professional development offerings.
You will coordinate course delivery, manage enrollment workflows, and support learners across in‑person, hybrid, and live‑virtual formats to drive learner success and program growth.

The Advanced Workforce Center (AWC) at the University of Missouri-St. Louis is a hub for professional and continuing education focused on advancing workforce development and regional economic growth. Through partnerships with employers, government, and community organizations, AWC delivers flexible, high-quality training programs that equip individuals with in‑demand skills, support career advancement, and help organizations remain competitive.
The Program Coordinator for the Advanced Workforce Center (AWC) supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of non‑credit workforce training programs, including bootcamps, certifications, and professional development offerings. The role ensures effective program execution, enrollment operations, and participant support to drive learner success and program growth.
As with all positions, they may perform other job‑related responsibilities as needed to support departmental and campus‑wide needs.
Work is primarily performed in an office and educational delivery environment with regular interaction with students, instructors, and internal stakeholders. The role requires extended periods of computer use, coordination of multiple tasks, and occasional movement between classrooms or training spaces. The position involves sustained attention to detail, problem‑solving, and communication across various audiences.
No direct supervisory responsibilities: may coordinate work of instructors or support staff as needed
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary
$19.25 - $26.45
