Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. — comprising Trinity Services Group, Keefe Group and Courtesy Products — is seeking an Assistant Operations Specialist to support scheduling, implementation and accounting for armored car services and related bank card transactions.

You will maintain client, customer, and supplier records and contribute to performance analyses and reporting. The role requires an AA degree or 1–2 years experience, strong math and MS Office skills, and the ability to work with minimal

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence.
• Strong mathematical skills and ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail oriented with good organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Back-up for day-to-day functions related to start-up and shut down of armored car services for deposit kiosks.
• Research and assist with missing cash claims for armored car services.
• Maintain an updated client, customer, and supplier management system.
• Conduct analysis and reporting on performance of armored car services.
• Review vendor invoices to ensure accurate billing and resolve disputes.
• Document processes surrounding armored car vendor services.
• Perform basic accounting functions and monitor expenses with finance.
• Handle additional administrative duties and reporting as assigned.
