Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc., comprising Trinity Services Group, Keefe Group, and Courtesy Products, seeks an Assistant Operations Specialist. The role supports scheduling, implementation, and accounting for armored car services and bank card transactions, while maintaining client, customer, and supplier systems.

Primary duties include back-up coverage for start-up/shut down of services, analyzing performance, and coordinating payments and invoices. Strong Excel and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A. A.) or 1–2 years related experience, or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos; write simple correspondence.
• Strong math and numerical concepts; ability to analyze data and reports.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Back-up for start-up/shut down of armored car services and deposit kiosks.
• Research and assist with missing cash claims for armored car services.
• Maintain updated client, customer, and supplier management system.
• Produce analyses and reports on performance of armored car services.
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and dispute resolution.
• Document processes related to armored car vendor services.
• Monitor expenses and budgets with finance and accounts.
