Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Utilize EHR to obtain medical information and communicate with patients or care team.
• Collaborate with care team to meet performance metrics and quality measures.
• Maintain clinical skills and participate in onboarding/orientation activities.
• Handle administrative tasks to support the care team and patient encounters.
