Job Description

We are seeking a Database and Administrative Manager to join our client's fundraising team. This person will primarily work with the fundraising staff, focusing on increasing individual donations, foundation and corporate grants, and positioning for future revenue growth. The Database and Administrative Manager will also support the Marketing, Communications, Volunteer, and Community Relations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of non-profit experience, including data administration, management, and reporting responsibilities.
• In-depth knowledge of donor database management required; 2+ years of experience with Raiser’s Edge (including NXT) or Salesforce preferred.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate Raiser’s Edge quickly and accurately, including running complex queries and reports.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong data processing and analysis skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while adapting to changing priorities.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain data processes clearly to staff.
• Experience in building and maintaining donor and community relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.

Additional Details

Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 annually.
