Qualifications

  • Experience with federally, state, local, or grant-funded programs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM/ATS, and workforce data platforms (MWE).
  • Ability to create dashboards and performance summaries.
  • PM certification preferred.

Position at a Glance

We are seeking a detailed oriented and highly organizedAdministrative Managerto provide accurate data entry, records management, and documentation that supports the Returning Citizens Affairs Division (RCAD). This position is responsible for maintaining departmental databases, tracking program information, preparing routine and ad hoc reports, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of departmental records.


Working closely with the Director and program staff, the Administrative Manager supports day-to-day administrative functions by entering and maintaining data, monitoring documentation, assisting with grant reporting requirements, and preparing reports for leadership and funding agencies. The Administrative Manager serves as a key resource in ensuring information is accurate and readily available while maintaining compliance with organizational policies and funding requirements. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who excel in maintaining precise records, managing data, and preparing clear, reliable reports that help drive program success.

Scope of Responsibilities


  • Organize, update, and ensure completeness of departmental documentation

Selection Criteria


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in workforce development, education, project management, or community services.

  • Experience coaching and leading staff

  • Previous experience working with federally, state, locally, or grant funded programs.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), CRM or applicant-tracking systems, workforce data platforms (MWE)

  • Proven track record of supporting programs with documentation, scheduling, and administrative tasks.

  • Expertise in creating dashboards and performance summaries for leadership and funders (preferred).

  • Certification in project management (preferred).
