Job summary

PlanIT Group, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Team Member to support the AMTAP Apprenticeship program. The role involves coordinating learning plans, setting up classrooms and IT equipment, and maintaining distribution lists across all locations.

The candidate will manage email resources, update the apprenticeship website, and serve as a back-up communications hub for instructors and program leads. Strong IT and organizational skills are required.

Qualifications

• Computer Operations essential; IT background beneficial.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Experience scheduling conference rooms and coordinating meetings.
• Proficiency in creating spreadsheets and numeric reporting.
• Attention to detail and organizational analysis skills.
• Ability to prepare reports and maintain documentation.
• Troubleshooting basic IT issues and process problems.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Program learning plan interface and coordination, learning plan compliance and revision control.
• Classroom Setup and Logistics (IT background for computer setup).
• Create and maintain all APPRENTICESHIP distro lists.
• Manage APPRENTICESHIP email resource box with timely responses.
• APPRENTICESHIP website updates for all locations.
• APPRENTICESHIP attendance line process control and backup communications hub for program leads/instructors.
