Job summary

PlanIT Group, LLC is seeking an AMTAP Logistics Team Member for onsite work at the Castillo Campus with travel to Waterton Campus. The role focuses on onboarding coordination for a 9-week paid-apprenticeship program, including setting up classrooms and computers and creating tracking spreadsheets.

You will run 3-day in-person onboarding for 48–60 new apprentices about five times yearly, prepare materials, troubleshoot IT issues, and manage graduation logistics.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up rooms and computer workstations for training.

• Make calls and coordinate program graduation logistics.
• Pull program reports and audit candidate data.
• Monitor attendance and control cohort processes.
• Audit electronic files for each cohort before/during/after.

AMTAP Logistics Team Member ( Onsite based out of Client/Castillo Campus but regular travel to Waterton Campus)

Primary Focus

• Assisting with apprenticeship onboarding duties for full cycle of 9 week paid-apprenticeship program, rapid onboarding of large groups. This is more of an onboarding support coordinator position in support of the AMTAP program, not an Administrative Assistant or a true LMA position. They will be setting up classrooms and computers for training, they will be creating and maintaining spreadsheets, and interacting with new hire apprentices directly during a cohort launch

Duties To Include Items Such As

• Onboarding Setup and Logistics (Can be a combination of room set up, and computer set up for the training classes so needs to have IT background for the computer portion)
• 3-day in person onboarding for 48-60 new apprentices approx. 5 times a year
• Preparing and organizing material for apprentices during onboarding
• Troubleshooting computer assistance
• Calling
• Program graduation ceremony logistics
• Program report pulls and audits tracking candidates
• Apprenticeship attendance line process control
• Auditing electronic files for each cohort prior/during/post program

Secondary Focus

• Program invoicing and Accounts Payable/Receivable assisting Data Analyst in preparation and dissemination of grant funding streams
• Other duties as required
