Job summary

Valley Health System is seeking an experienced administrative professional to support the research leadership, including the Medical Director of Research, Director of Research Operations, and Manager of Clinical Trials & Research. You will coordinate key administrative functions for the Okonite Research Center and related governance activities.

Based at 1 Linwood Ave, Bolger Med Arts Bldg, you will manage calendars, prepare agendas, minutes, and presentations, handle confidential information

Qualifications

• Requires: Associates Degree in Office Management, Business Administration or a High School diploma with secretarial training.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible administrative experience, preferably in healthcare, academic medicine, research, or similarly complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative and operational support to Valley Health System’s research leadership.
• Coordinate administrative functions for the Okonite Research Center, governance committees, and accreditation activities.
• Prepare professional correspondence, agendas, minutes, and presentations; manage calendars and travel as needed.
