Job summary

Valley Health System is seeking a Research Coordinator to coordinate clinical research activities under the Principal Investigator and Research Nurse Manager. You will assist in planning, consent subjects, schedule visits, and ensure protocol adherence and data quality.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 10 years’ study coordination experience, plus related certifications and ongoing regulatory training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum ten years' experience as a study coordinator required.
• CPR, Phlebotomy, IATA and CCRP or CCRC certification upon hire or to be obtained as appropriate.
• Maintains CITI certification and ongoing knowledge of ICH-GCP.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer research study activities under the PI and Research Nurse Manager.
• Assist in project planning, coordinate and implement clinical research, ensure safety and accuracy of treatment per protocol.
• Consent subjects when appropriate, schedule appointments and ancillary services, and register patients for billing and data collection.
• Remain current in regulatory education, training and certification requirements.
