Job summary

• Twelve or more years of progressively responsible leadership experience in research administration or healthcare operations.
• Experience in complex multidisciplinary operations and at least seven years of leadership responsibility.
• Experience partnering with senior executives, physicians, investigators, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for the integrated administrative and operational infrastructure across the Research Institute.
• Lead research financial operations, sponsored projects, compliance, clinical research operations, and research systems.
• Develop governance, performance metrics, risk management, and portfolio oversight.
