We have an immediate opportunity to join our company. We are currently seeking a full-time (M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM) Inventory Clerk in the Hospital Partnership Department at our Tracy, CA office. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the insurance inventory by completing all related transactions accurately and within allowable time frames. Must communicate effectively to all concerned parties regarding inventory issues and provide support to the field as necessary.

This is not a warehouse position.

Job Responsibilities

• Opening and closing OrthoChoice and OrthoAlliance accounts
• Issuing Delivery and Purchase orders through the MedERP system
• Research requests for increases, decreases and product restocks
• Confirm all transactions to requesting party
• Generate Inventory and Cash Pay lists
• Issue RA’s as requested for consigned inventory (includes account decreases, miss-shipments, defective items, closed accounts, etc.)
• Contact vendors to obtain new item information and/or resolve issues
• Submit new items/accounts to be added to MedERP as required
• Advise on “in transit” items as directed
• Make recommendations to reduce inventory and prepare resulting RA’s
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Compensation

• Hourly Rate Pay Range: $17.00-$19.50
• Annual Range: $33,280.00-$40,560.00
• Overtime Rate Pay Range: $25.50 to $29.25
• Bonus Opportunity: Return Authorization Bonus: $0 to $750.00 per month
  Profit Bonus: $0 to $500.00 per month (increases hourly rate up to $1.20 per hour or up $5k per year)
• Total Compensation Opportunity Examples:
  Annual Base Pay: $41,700.00 (Estimate incl. 5 hrs O/T per week, Low-range Production and Profit Bonus after 3 months)
  Annual Mid-Range Pay: $48,800.00 (Estimate incl. 5 hrs O/T per week, Mid-range Production and Profit Bonus)
  Annual Top Pay: $56,600.00 (Estimate incl. 5 hrs O/T per week, Max Production and Profit bonus)

Additional benefits include 3-4 weeks of paid time off, 10 paid holidays per year, vacation accrual up to a maximum of 40 hours in the first 23 months (or 80 hours after 24 months with rollover), and sick leave up to 80 hours annually with a maximum usage of 48 hours and rollover balance.
