Administrative Coordinator Respiratory Business Unit
What you will do

Let’s do this! Let’s change the world. In this vital role, the Administrative Coordinator (AC) will provide high‑quality administrative and operational support to the Associate Vice President/General Manager (AVP/GM) and broader Respiratory Business Unit (RBU) leadership team.

Work assignments are complex in nature and require discretion, sound judgment, organization, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a continually changing environment. The Administrative Coordinator will help ensure that the AVP/GM, RBU Leadership Team (LT), and team members are effectively supported, connected, and able to focus on delivering business priorities.

Specific responsibilities include managing the AVP/GM’s calendar and domestic and international travel arrangements against dynamic business requirements; coordinating and prioritizing meeting requests, communications, and materials; and preparing pre‑reads and briefing documents in advance of key meetings and appointments. The role will review and route incoming correspondence as appropriate, help ensure timely follow‑up on priorities, and direct requests to RBU leaders and team members when appropriate.

The AC will also provide administrative support across the broader RBU team, including assisting designated team members with calendar coordination, meeting logistics, travel arrangements, and expense‑report processing. This requires a strong understanding of the RBU organizational structure, business priorities, and the respective responsibilities of leaders and team members.

Key aspects of the role include planning and coordinating logistics for a variety of business meetings and events, including RBU LT meetings, business reviews, planning meetings, town halls, team meetings, off‑sites, and team‑building activities.

Responsibilities include preparing agendas and meeting materials, coordinating presenters and attendees, maintaining business documents, tracking action items, and supporting timely follow‑through.

The Administrative Coordinator will help strengthen connection, engagement, and effective ways of working across RBU. The AC will support onboarding for new team members by coordinating welcome plans, access to key resources, and introductions, helping new colleagues integrate smoothly into the business unit. The AC will also support internal communications, recognition activities, and other initiatives that strengthen team culture and engagement.

Additional support activities include preparing and processing presentations, reports, correspondence, and other business documents; maintaining team distribution lists and shared resources; processing required financial documents; and supporting planning and coordination for organizational activities. The AC will build strong working relationships with colleagues across RBU and key partners.
