You will support specifications, attend kickoff meetings, collaborate with engineers and architects, manage revisions, ensure standards compliance, and help deliver high-quality architectural outcomes for a diverse project portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction fields; strong advantage.
• 3+ years of administrative support experience in A.E.C industries.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the specifications team to prepare, coordinate, and maintain project specifications in alignment with design, engineering, and regulatory requirements
• Set up and attending project kick-off meetings
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, project managers, and consultants to ensure specifications are accurate, complete, and up to date
• Manage specification revisions, version control, and document distribution throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards, codes, and industry regulations
• Support and manage QA reports
• Maintain specification templates, libraries, data sheets, and best practices
• Assist in resolving technical queries related to specifications during design and execution phases
