Qualifications

• Six years of full-time experience in construction management on capital projects.
• Eighteen months in a managerial or consultative capacity.
• Education leading to a bachelor’s degree in architecture, landscape architecture, or civil/structural/bridge-related engineering.
• New York State license as a professional engineer or architect, or reciprocal state license may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex capital construction projects from inception through close-out.
• Oversee planning, execution, and completion; supervise CM staff and project teams.
• Control project budgets and schedules to ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate with Sponsor Agencies to align project scope and goals.
• Generate cost estimates, develop deliverable dates, and negotiate with vendors.
