Job summary

CM & Associates Construction Management in New York City seeks an Assistant Project Manager to support projects from conception through completion across NYC and surrounding boroughs. You will assist the PM, prepare bid packages, and help manage logs and submittals.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s in CM/engineering/architecture, 1–3 years of experience, and proficiency in MS Office, Project, Blue Beam, and Procore. Salary ranges from $60k to $120k per year with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM/engineering/architecture required.
• 1–3 years of full-time construction experience preferred.
• Proficiency with common construction software.

Responsibilities

• Perform take offs, create bid packages, and maintain the bid list.
• Assist PM by compiling information for award recommendations.
• Coordinate RFI’s, Submittals, and Change Orders logs.
• Review scopes and bid proposals and prepare meeting minutes.
• Analyze subcontractor proposals for changes and cost impacts.
• Support buyout of construction trades with the team.
