Job summary

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our PMCM Team in Albany, NY. You will coordinate with clients, technical teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to move projects along safely, efficiently, and on track.

The role supports capital and construction projects across the Capital District and northern New York, with travel anticipated. Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of construction management (2+ years PM) required; ProCore experience; OSHA-10/30 preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Science, Planning, or related field or equivalent experience/licensure.
• Minimum of 3 years of construction management experience, including at least 2 years of PM experience.
• Experience with project schedules, budgets, and documentation; proficiency in MS Office.
• Knowledge of multi-prime contracts and safety planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and project documentation from start to finish.
• Collaborate with clients, technical teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain alignment.
• Prepare proposals, project plans, schedules, budgets, and QA/QC plans.
• Monitor finances, including budgets, forecasts, and subcontracts; support project controls and closeout.
