Staffmark is seeking an organized Unclaimed Funds Support Specialist for a 3-6 month temporary, in-office role in Beavercreek, OH. You will help manage dormant accounts and outreach to members, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all documentation.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, detail-oriented, and capable of independent work within defined timelines, with on-site hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday.
Are you organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel? We’re looking for a dedicated Unclaimed Funds Support Specialist to assist with an important project related to account reconciliation and customer outreach.
This is a temporary, in-office opportunity for 3-6 months offering consistent daytime hours and the chance to contribute to a meaningful financial compliance project. You’ll work as part of a focused, collaborative team helping to manage dormant accounts and connect with members to preserve their account activity. This will be approximately 40 hours a week between the hours of 8am and 5pm or 9a-6pm in office in Beavercreek Monday through Friday. Review and process a report of potentially dormant accounts that may be subject to escheatment to the State of Ohio
Contact members to notify them of inactive accounts and determine their interest in maintaining or closing them
Accurately document outcomes and take appropriate follow-up actions to ensure compliance with reporting deadlines
Work closely with internal systems and data files to track account activity and member responses
Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality while handling sensitive financial information
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel—able to manage, sort, and analyze spreadsheet data efficiently
Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay organized while handling a high volume of records
Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer outreach and documentation
Ability to work independently and manage tasks within defined timelines
Available to work on-site in Beavercreek between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00am-6:00pm, Monday through Friday
