What You’ll Do

  • Manage comprehensive administrative tasks, including meticulous calendar management, efficient expense reporting, and the precise arrangement of domestic and international travel.
  • Drive project and event success from inception to evaluation, encompassing detailed planning, proactive tracking, and thorough post-event assessment.
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of dedicated administrative or executive assistant experience.
  • A Bachelor’s degree.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, coupled with a deep appreciation for the complexities of supporting diverse personalities and dynamic programs within a growing team.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and professionally.
  • Proficiency in technical computer skills, including expertise with Google for Business Suite, MS Office Suite, Keynote, and other Apple products.
