Job summary

Aquent is seeking a proactive Facilities & Office Coordinator in Redmond, WA to alleviate administrative burdens and keep the workplace running smoothly. You will coordinate onboarding, manage hardware requests and asset tracking, and serve as the primary liaison for facilities, workspace, and office support.

You will coordinate deliveries, catering, and event logistics, support onsite meetings and town halls, and help maintain inventories and shared spaces.

Qualifications

  • Must have 3–5+ years in a large, fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize competing demands.
  • Maintain confidentiality and keep information organized and secure.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Familiarity with expense reporting and operational workflows.

As a vital member of this high-performing team, you will alleviate administrative burdens and streamline operations, allowing engineers and leaders to dedicate their full attention to groundbreaking projects. You will be instrumental in supporting critical onsite events, coordinating catering, managing equipment lifecycles, maintaining essential supplies, and facilitating smooth onboarding for new team members. Your ability to manage a diverse set of responsibilities will directly contribute to a well-organized, efficient, and thriving workplace, playing a meaningful role in the team’s ability to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure onsite readiness.
