As an Administrative Bookkeeper, you provide support to the organization by assisting with all aspects of administration in the company's corporate office. You will spend a great deal of time focusing on the details and organization, ensuring that all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed. You process purchases and pay the bills, keeping the organization running. You help answer phones and assist residents with concerns. You help to prepare, organize and distribute resident communications, team uniforms, policy and procedural guides, and many other items the site teams need to be their best.
With attention to detail, you ensure all deadlines are met and records are compliant. You use your organizational skills to prioritize and keep everyone up to date. You use your bookkeeping skills to make sure that the expenses are properly recorded and vendors are paid. You have a tremendous amount of support from the team and learn something new every day. Your communication and interpersonal skills come into play as you interact with residents and collaborate with other staff and management. You are always courteous and professional in all your interactions. You are never bored! You take pride in providing support to the team as you continue to grow in your own career.

This is an on-site full-time Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm position with a 30-minute lunch break.
