Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $19.00 per hour
• Overtime Pay: $29.00 per hour
• Schedule: Day Shift Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience as a warehouse/distribution clerk, including duties such as transportation coordination, inventory management, shipping/receiving, and communication with carriers, vendors, and customers (preferred)
• Ability to make quick, reliable decisions representing both the customer and Ryder
• Strong written, organizational, and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of WMS systems (preferred)
• Experience operating forklift equipment (preferred)
• Equipment certification may be required

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks for the area or shift
• Maintain filing systems and documents per SOP
• Interact with customers and contractors regarding shipment times, product issues, and damage claims
• Coordinate export orders, complete export paperwork, generate labels, and maintain export documentation
• Process returns in WMS and maintain related paperwork
• Pallet management: order CHEP and white wood pallets, reconcile pallet counts, investigate variances
• Update area or shift metrics using WMS
• Perform additional duties as assigned, including overtime as needed
