Providence Mount St. Vincent is seeking a courteous, detail-oriented receptionist/clerical assistant for weekend evening shifts (Sat and Sun 4:30pm-8:30pm) to support the Resource Center.
You will perform switchboard coverage, word processing, mail delivery, and maintain HR forms while delivering superior customer service to administrators, program managers, and department heads. This position is working Saturday and Sunday 4:30pm-8:30pm.
This position adheres to and maintains Providence Mount St Vincent and the Resource Center policies and procedures.Persons in this position also display and promote the Mission of the Sisters of Providence through the values of respect, excellence, compassion, justice and stewardship.
This position is responsible for providing clerical support for the Resource Center, word processing; switchboard coverage, mail delivery, and maintaining Human Resources forms.Duties and responsibilities include assisting in providing service to Resource Center users, ie, Administrator, Program Managers, Department Heads, etc.Provides superior customer service to all users of the department, displayed through efficient, courteous, professional, and prompt service and providing follow through as necessary.
In addition, this position adheres to and maintains all Department and facility policies and procedures.Persons in this position also display and encourage the mission of the Sisters of Providence through the values of respect, excellence, compassion, justice and stewardship.
