Providence Physician Service Organization is seeking a front office administrator to coordinate and supervise office operations, ensuring accurate patient scheduling and registration, and supporting billing and documentation integrity.
Under clinic manager supervision, you will oversee business processes that drive financial stability and continuous improvement, while fostering a patient-focused environment aligned with Providence's care commitments.
Responsible for the coordination, employee management, and quality management of all front office functions. Under general supervision of the clinic manager, this position works to ensure proper compliance with clinic billing, documentation, patient scheduling and registration and provides oversight for all business processes for ongoing financial success and improvement of the clinic.
