This person will function as a true right hand bringing calm, structure, and strong judgment while serving as a key liaison across internal leaders and external partners.
Contract coverage (maternity leave); expected end of September through end of January 2027 (approx. 3–5 months)
Target start: late September / early October
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Hybrid: 3–4 days onsite (with flexibility based on team needs)
Location: Downtown Denver (parking provided)
Pay rate: $35–$45/hour
Proactively manage and prioritize a complex, ever-changing calendar to protect time for highest-impact work.
Coordinate meetings across multiple stakeholders, including senior leadership, and ensure agendas/materials are ready in advance.
Support board and executive-level presentation preparation, often on compressed timelines.
Act as a polished, diplomatic point of contact between internal teams and external partners.
Manage end-to-end travel planning (flights, lodging, ground transport), build detailed itineraries, and anticipate day‑of changes.
Prepare and submit accurate, timely expense reports.
Help plan and execute team events (dinners, off‑sites, engagement activities) and keep commitments organized through the assignment period.
Handle sensitive, confidential information with excellent discretion and integrity.
Expert-level organization, follow-through, and communication skills; able to work effectively with mixed personality styles.
Positive and high professionalism: responsive, adaptable, and steady under pressure.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with expense/reporting tools.
Ability to anticipate needs, reduce friction, and keep priorities moving without constant direction.
Bachelors Degree – preferred.
