Seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant

The Admin will perform Travel and Expense Reporting via Concur and Support the Executive Google Calendar. The Temporary Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for documenting records, data entry, and filing. The client is located in NYC and the role will be approximately 2 months. Salary: $20-30 per hour

Responsibilities:
  • Office Management day to day responsibilities
  • Complex organization of C-Suite Calendar
  • Perform Travel and Expense Reporting via Concur
  • Perform filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Record confidential records and coordinate documentation
  • Ad hoc tasks and support team with client engagement processes
Skills Needed:
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred
  • 3+ yrs experience in Office Administration or Human Resources
  • Concur experience, required
