Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Receptionist
Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. This full-time role provides growth opportunities in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Other duties may be assigned.
- Answer and route calls; greet and assist visitors
- Maintain office supplies and ensure office/break areas are clean and organized
- Prepare letters, documents, proposals, and proofread/finalize estimates
- Receive and process deliveries from suppliers (UPS, FedEx, Amazon, etc.)
- Assist with sending tools and electrical meters for calibration
- Assist Accounts Payable with Washington vehicle registrations and credit accounts
- Maintain job number log, weekly Manpower and Bid Opportunity reports, and Subsistence Spreadsheet
- Assist electricians, foremen, and project managers with administrative tasks
- Maintain vehicle/equipment records, including maintenance logs, registrations, invoices, and archives
- Schedule and track employee safety training to ensure timely completion
- Perform general office tasks, including operating standard office equipment
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative or receptionist experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Construction industry experience is a plus

$18 –$24 per hour, DOE
