Job summary

South Central Behavioral Health Clinic is seeking a part-time temp Administrative Assistant Support Services in Jamestown, ND. (Shared Support Position between SCBHC and NDSH)

Be part of the solution to the behavioral health crisis. As a team member for ND Department of Health & Human Services, you will ensure the most vulnerable have access to a high-quality healthcare system in which prevention works, treatment is effective, and people recover.

This position is approximately 30 hours per week.

As an Administrative Assistant, you'll welcome callers and walk-ins, assess their needs, and connect them to the right resource, ideally with one hand off. This position will also assist with coordinating schedules for our Youth team, who provide services to clients in our region's school setting. This role also includes assisting the North Dakota State Hospital with fingerprinting new employees (done on location at the Human Service Center) and assisting with scheduling forensic evaluations.

To be considered for this position, you are required to have a high school diploma or GED and three years of experience performing a variety of complex office support, clerical, or secretarial work. This position requires a valid driver's license and successful completion of the assigned defensive driving course during new-hire orientation.

Location

This position provides essential client services face to face and therefore the person in this position will work on location at the Jamestown and Valley City office locations.
