MHOTRS is an OMH regulated outpatient mental health clinic that supports children, adolescents, and adults. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing the workflow of the front desk,ensuring that clients feel welcomed and that administrative operations run smoothly to support the clinical team. The individual is required to work in-person from our Far Rockaway locations during hours of operation, which includes evenings and weekends. This position requires a hybrid presence,including at least one day per week stationed at a school satellite site.
This is a Part-Time role that takes place onsite in Far Rockaway Queens.
