The Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and operational support for the IT Training team within Information Technology. This position serves as a primary point of contact for customers, coordinates training logistics, maintains records and documentation, supports business processes, and assists with daily office operations. The position works closely with trainers, managers, campus partners, and customers to ensure the efficient delivery of training programs and services.
