Responsibilities

  • Provides all forms of administrative support to a team of Leasing professionals
  • Coordinates a high volume of travel arrangements and processes expense reports per policies
  • Resolves tech issues, tracks event tickets, registers conferences, assists with onboarding/offboarding
  • Acts as Access Control Representative (ACR) for building and system access
  • Maintains understanding of firm policies and handles issues independently
  • Participates in general administrative duties, ad-hoc projects, and group events
  • Orders supplies and maintains inventory
  • Collaborates with team and backs up fellow administrators as needed
  • Performs other administrative duties as assigned

The ideal Administrative Assistant will not only be responsible for administrative support, but also have a willingness to learn, be resourceful and independent, and take on additional responsibilities over time. They should possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities and a strong work ethic.

  • Provides all forms of administrative support to a team of Leasing professionals
  • Coordinates a high volume of travel arrangements and accurately processes expense reports; ensuring adherence to enterprise expense policies
  • Resolution of technology issues (hardware/software purchases), event ticket tracking, conference registration and Global Leasing employee on/off boarding assistance
  • Act as Access Control Representative (ACR) granting building and suite access as well as ongoing systems access maintenance
  • Maintains understanding of firm policies and handles certain issues independently
  • Responsible for participation in general administrative duties, ad-hoc projects, and or group events
  • Orders supplies and keeps inventory well-stocked
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, including providing backup for fellow administrators when needed
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
  • 5 + years experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting Sr. Executives in the Global Leasing division.
  • Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to maintain high standards despite pressing deadlines
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and efficientlyStrong knowledge of general business and corporate cultures
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential and non-routine information
