Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting Sr. Executives in the Global Leasing division.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain high standards despite pressing deadlines.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Strong knowledge of general business and corporate cultures.
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive, confidential and non-routine information.
  • Self-starter with excellent anticipation skills; problem solving; follow up.
  • Demonstrates dependability and sense of urgency about getting results.
  • Demonstrates high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with people at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, prioritize and multi-task in a deadline driven environment.
  • Must have excellent judgment; independent thinker and resourceful.
  • Proficient knowledge and usage of MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Provides all forms of administrative support to a team of Leasing professionals.
  • Coordinates a high volume of travel arrangements and processes expense reports per enterprise policies.
  • Resolves technology issues (hardware/software purchases), tracks events, and supports onboarding for Global Leasing staff.
  • Acts as Access Control Representative (ACR) granting building and suite access and maintains system access.
  • Maintains understanding of firm policies and handles issues independently.
  • Drives general administrative duties, ad-hoc projects, and group events.
  • Orders supplies and maintains inventory.
  • Collaborates with teammates and provides backup for fellow admins when needed.
  • Performs other administrative duties as assigned.

Job Description
  • Provides all forms of administrative support to a team of Leasing professionals
  • Coordinates a high volume of travel arrangements and accurately processes expense reports; ensuring adherence to enterprise expense policies
  • Resolution of technology issues (hardware/software purchases), event ticket tracking, conference registration and Global Leasing employee on/off boarding assistance
  • Act as Access Control Representative (ACR) granting building and suite access as well as ongoing systems access maintenance
  • Maintains understanding of firm policies and handles certain issues independently
  • Responsible for participation in general administrative duties, ad-hoc projects, and or group events
  • Orders supplies and keeps inventory well-stocked
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, including providing backup for fellow administrators when needed
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements

Pay range $25.00 - $52.34 hourly pay, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
