Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Academy-Chesterton Network School, a Catholic, classical pre-K-12 academy, seeks a faithful, talented and dynamic full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. Part-time options may also be available.
A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with three to five years of experience, and experience in and passion for Catholic, classical education.
The successful candidate will support administrative and teaching staff. Duties include a wide variety of office and administrative tasks; recruiting, marketing, and development initiatives; updating the website and social media; planning, coordinating, and executing promotional mailings, along with responsibilities related to in-school activities, volunteer cultivation, alumni engagement, and institutional advancement; and will include monitoring students in extended care and throughout the day. The candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to effectively engage and motivate potential parents, students, volunteers, donors, and other stakeholders. The ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is essential. Graphic arts experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva is necessary. The candidate must be a practicing Catholic and be willing to make an Oath of Fidelity to the Magisterium and a Profession of Faith.
Salary Range: $40K-$50K
