Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Supply Chain in Claremont, NC is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to support daily operations in a fast-paced office environment.

You will assist management, set up new SKUs, prepare BOM and Route Headers, and process ECNs, ensuring accurate product information and timely communication. The role emphasizes strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across tasks from R&D to website data verification.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge – primarily Excel.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and work extra hours as needed.

Administrative Assistant II – Full Time, Non‑Exempt, Claremont, NC. Shift: Monday‑Thursday 6:00 AM‑4:30 PM. Grade Level: 8.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with management in the daily operations of the department.
  • Administrative support as needed throughout the office.
  • New SKU set‑up.
  • Set up of BOM and Route Headers with information provided by R&D teams.
  • Create and process ECN’s (Engineering Change Notifications).
  • Provide brands with product information (dimensions, weight, construction details, materiality & photography).
