Under the direction of President Reynolds and the Chief of Staff, the Administrative Assistant I performs, evaluates, and coordinates a broad range of administrative duties to support the advisors in order to maintain the efficient and effective operation of the President's Office.
The Administrative Assistant I will also be exposed to interesting programmatic work and will support the tracking of deliverables for cross-cutting and cutting edge policy initiatives.

This is a hybrid position that will require the selected candidate to report to their assigned headquarter office a minimum of two (2) days a week. Hybrid positions may be eligible for telework under California Government Code Section 14200 for eligible applicants residing in California. The Office of President Alice Reynolds comprises a team of advisors who provide the President with technical, policy, economic, and legal analysis in a fast-paced work environment.
