Under the direction of President Reynolds and the Chief of Staff, the Administrative Assistant I performs, evaluates, and coordinates a broad range of administrative duties to support the advisors in order to maintain the efficient and effective operation of the President's Office.

The Administrative Assistant I will also be exposed to interesting programmatic work and will support the tracking of deliverables for cross-cutting and cutting edge policy initiatives.

This is a hybrid position that will require the selected candidate to report to their assigned headquarter office a minimum of two (2) days a week. The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) regulates services and utilities, protects consumers, safeguards the environment, and assures Californians' access to safe and reliable electricity, natural gas, telecommunications, water, railroad, rail transit, and passenger transportation companies. The Office of President Alice Reynolds comprises a team of advisors who provide the President with technical, policy, economic, and legal analysis in a fast-paced work environment.
