What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with HR service delivery teams to ensure high-quality service
- Assist in training and implementation of new HR processes and policies
- Handle HR administration and benefits transactions in HRIS systems
- Maintain documentation and records of inquiries and transactions
- Support onboarding and open enrollment processes for new hires
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma with three (3) years of experience in an HR specialist or customer support role
- Basic knowledge of HRIS (i.e., Workday) and HR processes
- Attention to detail and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft, Workday, and Kronos systems
- Experience in a high-volume work environment
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with various stakeholders
