Fleet
The Administrative Assistant provides professional and complex administrative and clerical support to the Fleet Department. This position serves as a primary point of contact for the office by welcoming visitors, answering and returning phone calls, and accurately relaying messages. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for organizing and maintaining efficient records management systems, coordinating calendars and schedules, and ensuring effective office operations. This role also supports the Fleet team with a variety of administrative tasks, special projects, and other duties as assigned to meet departmental needs.
$20.00 hr.
This is a regular Full-time position
