The Legislative Policy Analyst will research, identify, analyze and tracks legislation on the local, state and federal level as it pertains to tribal sovereignty, treaty rights and a variety of issues that affect tribal governments. Develops and promotes relationships through networking opportunities with Federal, State and local governments, including their agencies. Supports the Director of Governmental Affairs in achieving the mission of the department. Coordinates with Tulalips state and federal lobbyists to advance Tulalip’s policy goals through legislation.
