Qualifications

• 2-4 years administrative experience preferred for the Administrative Assistant level
• Experience supporting teams in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to work onsite in Redmond 5 days a week

Responsibilities

• Provides general administrative support for a group and coordinates meetings and events
• Manages department financial operations, personnel operations, and facility purchasing and operations
• Completes special projects and coordinates travel arrangements
• Enforces team policies and procedures
• Supports morale programs, space management, and logistics coordination
