About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our legal client in downtown St Louis. This role supports day-to-day operations and administrative functions within a fast-paced professional services environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills, and a solid foundation in Microsoft Office Suite tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to departments and executives as needed
  • Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics
  • Draft, proofread, and format documents, reports, and presentations
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical files and records
  • Support data entry, invoice processing, and expense reporting
  • Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors as necessary
  • Assist with event planning and internal communications
  • Perform other administrative tasks and projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of administrative or office support experience, ideally in a professional services industry (e.g., legal, consulting, finance, architecture, etc.)
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
