Description

Position Purpose:

To assist the Campus Coordinator to be successful in their responsibilities and duties through administrative and practical support. Improve the student experience by providing information, data management, and organization. Assist in operational details of supporting the hybrid Saturday class days. This position will be reevaluated six months from the date of hire.

Essential Duties:

  • Provide strong administrative support through academic requirement tracking and office operations
  • Organize, draft, and schedule communications
  • Assist with set-up and tear-down for class days
  • Provide relational connection and information to students during class days
  • Facilitate Discussions/IAGs as needed
  • Organize facilitators and student groups
  • Assist with the mission program and requirements
  • Attend staff meetings when requested
  • Assist the campus coordinator as directed
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must demonstrate strong organization and office administration skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work successfully with other staff
  • Ability to de-escalate student situations
  • Must be able to troubleshoot minor computer and electronic malfunctions
  • Must demonstrate an understanding of one'sposition in Christ and be able to convey this understanding in all communications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to effectively operate Windows-based computers and navigate Microsoft Office Suite

Requirements:

  • Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
  • Must sign the Statement of Faith
  • A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.
  • Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred.
  • Must pass all required checks.

Experience:

  • 3 years of office or administrative experience is preferred.
  • Minimum completion of one mission trip.
  • Compensation is commensurate with experience.
