The Center for Academic Achievement at A-B Tech supports student success by providing academic support services across a wide range of courses, programs, and disciplines. The Center offers a welcoming and inclusive environment where students can seek assistance, build confidence, strengthen academic skills, and connect with resources that support their educational goals. Services may include tutoring, academic coaching, writing support, study assistance, and other student success initiatives delivered in-person and virtually.
The Center for Academic Achievement’s administrative assistant acts as a key representative of the Center by greeting visitors, assisting students in accessing services, supporting scheduling and tutor assignment processes, and helping maintain smooth day-to-day operations. The administrative assistant is responsible for managing schedules, supporting student intake and sign-in processes, maintaining records, and assisting with communication and coordination related to Center services. This position requires strong organizational and computer skills, and a warm, welcoming demeanor to effectively serve students, faculty, staff, and community members.
