Responsibilities

• Support managers and staff with organizational and communication tasks.
• Handle confidential and time-sensitive material.
• Communicate effectively by phone and email.
• Attend meetings and take accurate minutes.
• Calendar management and scheduling staff meetings.
• May assist with physician credentialing and office programs.
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.
• Answer phones and transfer messages.
• May cover reception desk as needed.
