Job summary

Archbishop John Carroll High School in Radnor, PA, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to serve as the de facto face of the school and handle front-desk interactions with administrators, archdiocesan partners, parents, and students.

  • Interacts with faculty, staff, parents and students to address needs daily

Overview

This position is the de facto face and heart of the school. It is often the first interaction one has with Carroll, whether it is by telephone or in person. This position requires the ability to interact effectively and appropriately with administrators, archdiocesan partners, parents, students, public, trade, etc. in a professional, proficient manner. As the priorities and challenges differ each day, one must be self- motivated, possess strong time management skills and possess the ability to work independently and perform job duties with minimal supervision.


Main Office Reception


  • Answers main telephone console and directs calls; accordingly, maintains voice-mail structure

  • Interacts with faculty, staff, parents and students to address needs daily

  • Reports to the Principal and provides administrative assistance to the Principal and one Assistant Principal.

Duties are representative and not limited to those stated above.


This position is an Hourly, 12-month position

The deadline for application is August 28, 2026.

PA required clearances and Safe Environment Certification and official transcripts will be required before employment can begin.
