Shift: 7 AM - 3:30PM
Job Description
Quality Document Systems Management is responsible for the development, deployment, and maintenance of controlled documentation and supporting systems. This role is typically vocationally qualified with limited work experience. The individual develops knowledge and skills in basic practices and procedures within their area. Applies basic technical skills and knowledge to complete assigned work. Works on straightforward tasks using established procedures, with work subject to review. Depends on others for instruction, guidance, and direction.
Job Duties
- Labeling and filing of DHRs
- Creation and filing of DHR Service Records that cannot be filed by the service team because no DHR exists in drawer (Blue Divider)
- Filing of any Quality or Environmental records placed in the bin outside the DHR file room
- Managing Service files in Service cabinets
- Shifting/rearranging cabinets when the cabinet is too full
- Labeling of cabinets
Records Management & Retention
- Packing up files that have met their record retention period due to space in the DHR file room
- Managing Weleski and off-site DHR requests
- Issuing copies of archived, draft procedures to Production or Service floor whenever needed
Documentation Control
- Updating Table of Contents, Binder Revision, and Controlled Location Chart
- Updating binders if needed as a result of CR release
- Issuing new document/procedure numbers for the site
Systems & Data Management
- Creating/updating Supplier profiles in MFG Pro
- Sending CoC's, testing data, and scans of DHRs when requested
Administrative Support
- Completing requisition forms for supplies
