Job summary

Comprehensive Healthcare is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative and governance support under the direction of the Executive Administrative Assistant Supervisor. The role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality.

You will support executives, coordinate calendars and travel, prepare briefing materials, take minutes, and assist with board meetings and budgets.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent coursework/training; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience, preferably supporting senior executives.
  • Experience supervising administrative staff and supporting board level functions is desired.

Responsibilities

  • Provides comprehensive administrative support to executive leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and expense reconciliation.
  • Track deliverables, deadlines and commitments for executives while protectively reminding leaders of their upcoming obligations.
  • Prepare, format, proofread, and distribute executive-level correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
  • Provide leadership committee support including preparing committee agendas, scribing meeting notes and support follow-up on action items.
  • Assist in providing administrative support to the Board of Directors.
  • Assist in coordinating Board and Committee meetings and events, including scheduling, agenda preparation, material compilation, attend meetings to take Minutes, and logistics (in-person and virtual).
  • Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement.
  • Support onboarding and training of administrative staff.
  • Review and assist in preparation of Admin budget.

The assistant acts as a liaison between staff, leadership, and outside contacts, helping to ensure effective communication and supporting daily operations.
