Jobot is hosting an Administrative Assistant position in Warren, Ohio, offering a 4-day work week and onsite 36 hours Tuesday through Friday. The role supports program operations, grant administration, community initiatives, and organizational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3+ years in project coordination or grants administration, and strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Competitive pay with benefits is provided.

Responsibilities

  • Support the full lifecycle of grantmaking programs from application through evaluation.
  • Maintain grant documentation and records.
  • Assist with due diligence activities and organizational reviews.
  • Track grant timelines, deliverables, and reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate communications with nonprofit partners and stakeholders.
  • Support process improvement initiatives across programs.
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, materials, and follow-up action items.
  • Maintain electronic and physical records.
  • Prepare and organize documentation for audits and compliance reviews.
  • Assist with office operations and administrative functions.
  • Support cross-functional projects and organizational initiatives.
  • Maintain accuracy within grants management and reporting systems.
  • Generate reports and analyze program data.
  • Assist with survey administration and data collection efforts.
  • Monitor performance metrics and outcomes.
  • Support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct research related to community initiatives and program opportunities.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Programs Associate to support program operations, grant administration, community initiatives, and organizational effectiveness.

This individual will serve as a key operational partner, helping manage grant processes, maintain data integrity, coordinate projects, support reporting efforts, and ensure efficient execution of programmatic initiatives.

The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and relationship-building are equally important.

Key Responsibilities
Program & Grant Administration
