Road & Rail Services is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day needs of our operation. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with numbers, organizing information, maintaining accurate records, and helping a busy team stay on track.
This is more than a traditional clerical position. You will work closely with site management and corporate departments to help coordinate paperwork, payroll information, financial records, spreadsheets, scheduling, and other administrative functions that keep the operation running efficiently.
The ideal candidate has previous administrative experience, strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines.
